Who sells the book

Dušan Milenković, Vienna, Austria (details in the imprint). The contract is made in English or German.

The book

The Magnificent 7 – 14 Solo Transcriptions of the Master Jazz Drummers from Our Time, second edition, paperback. The book is written in English. Each copy can be signed by the author on request.

Price and payment

The price is €32 per copy, worldwide shipping included — there are no further costs.

Payment is made through PayPal (PayPal balance, card or the other methods PayPal offers in your country). Your order is binding when you complete the payment on PayPal.

Delivery

Dušan posts every copy himself from Vienna after the payment has arrived. Delivery takes about 2–4 weeks depending on the destination. Books are sent worldwide. Outside the EU, your country may charge import fees; these are rare for books but can’t be covered by us.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or someone you name, other than the carrier) receive the book.

How to withdraw: tell Dušan clearly before the 14 days are over — an email to contact@dusanmilenkovic.com is enough. You can use the short template below, but you don’t have to. Sending your message in time is what counts.

Sending the book back: before you post it, contact Dušan at contact@dusanmilenkovic.com — he will send you the exact return address. Post the book within 14 days after telling us that you are withdrawing. You pay the cost of returning it. Please pack it so it can’t be bent or wet, and use a tracked service — we refund once the book is back with us or you show proof that you sent it.

Your money back: we refund everything you paid, including the original shipping, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, through PayPal. We may wait with the refund until the book is back with us or you show that you’ve sent it. If the book comes back damaged through more than normal looking-through, we may deduct a fair amount for the loss in value.

Personal dedications: a plain signature doesn’t affect your right of withdrawal. If you ask for a personal dedication written to a specific name, the copy is made for you, and the right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to it.

Damaged in the post?

Every copy is packed carefully and sent with tracking. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please point this out to the delivery driver if you can, and send Dušan a photo of the parcel and the book as soon as possible — ideally within a few days. This lets us claim the damage from the delivery company, and you’ll get a replacement or your money back.

If a parcel doesn’t arrive, tell us and we’ll check the tracking and sort it out with the carrier.

We are not responsible for damage that happens after delivery or through handling by the buyer. Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.
